We write customized RFP's (requests for proposals) for each client based on the client's specific needs. We research and identify the best properties utilizing our extensive meeting site database and by leveraging our strong hospitality relationships. We arrange and attend site inspections with our clients, as needed, to evaluate accommodations, meeting space, special attractions, accessibility to public transportation, local subcontractors, general logistics and overall image/value considerations.
With increasing frequency CICCST is called upon to conduct site selection analysis for conferences and exhibitions and to provide written recommendations for clients. Depending on the complexity of a planned event or series of events over a number of years, it is important that the sites are carefully selected.
